      Pros

      this is an excellent company for outsourcing, Though small but has good HR and recruitment team. most importantly, your Visa transfer and GC Processing will be extremely smooth and they will do the best for you.

      Cons

      In my 1.2 years work duration, i have never seen any Cons.

      Decent pay , use of newer technologies.

      Cons

      No respect for employees. Extreme micromanagement. Employees are divided into small bunches and speak their own language- hard for someone who only speaks English. Mr boss and his watchdogs track all of your activities including who do you hang out with during lunch. If you hang out with someone they don't like, you'll fall out of favor as well. I don't wish this company even for the worst of my enemies.
