      Salary is given on time.

      Cons

      no scope of growth, salary increments are given in September salary, not paid what your worth, no proper communication between manager, delivery manager and executive.

      HR provides a lot of wellness programs

      Cons

      Healthcare benefits are expensive So much discrimination based on sex and ethnicity If you are a woman - RUN! This is not the place for you. It's a real boy's club. Unfair compensation Upper Management is blind to the company's needs They take advantage of H1B visa holders and don't like to hire US citizens because they'll have to pay higher salaries. This is a company with no values. They play favorites and your performance is irrelevant.
