Virtually Nothing. There is nothing good about this company. you will get salary on time. thats all
Cons
8 hours mandatory in time. That means even if you visit wash room you have to compensate for it. And even lunch break are excluded from it. They have invested to write algorithm to find from id punch inputs , how many hours we are in the seat. Most of the weekends are weekdays here. Comp offs are given for it but wont let you take it. In efficient management. Cant even estimate and scope a simple project. Every project at anytime is red. They consider employees as a horse or a cattle , though they dont have a life after work. Don't even dream about reaching home before 8 on most days even though most of the employees start work by 9. And ofcourse they have team outing, annual celebrations etc but on weekends. Cool right! Working here is a pain, dont ever join here. Even if you get 50 percent salary from some place else- go for it.
