Nothing that I can think off or worth mentioning other than salaries paid on time(which everyone does more or less now a days)

Cons

You name or think of it it's all in cons(work life, professionalism, team work - I was told you get physically banged by colleagues outside of work if you tick them off, I would say rowdyism.

- great atmosphere, no pressure, no shouting - easy to grow - almost never fire even in case when a big project closes - great place to start - great place for stable work

Cons

- the salary is not that high. quite possible to find a better offer, but in exchange for stability or pressure
