      Strong leadership with committed tech team. Good processes in place. Exposure to Fortune 500 customers ORTIA - Orion Technology Innovation and Agility team focusses on cutting edge technologies and mentoring, active in workshops / seminars, organises K-Mug events. Matured and flexible middle management. Good place for techies.

      Cons

      Need to improve the HR initiatives and bring in more visibility into HR programs. Need to improve the employee recognition programs.
