Cons

"Effective Immediately" kind terminations without any reasons. Too much of office politics. Too much involvement in HR department and revised worst HR policies. Career growth only for manager relatives High attrition rate.

exposure to variety of pojects opportunity to work with a big 4 client close to montvale train station and other major highways

Cons

Micromanagement Extremely stressful environment Very less pay when compared to industry standard Use of inefficient tools to manage projects No recognition or appreciation for good work Cluttered office space and kitchen area Employees are dumped here beyond the max seating limit Senior mgmt lack ethics Useless HR doesn't even know to respect confidentiality of information

1. Salary was competitive with the market, but with no real commitment to expanding the business outside of their comfort zone.

Cons

1. Poor management across the company 2. No opportunity outside of the core group that founded the company 3. Indecision in their business model that poorly impacts to their hires 4. Health benefits and other company incentives are subpar. 5. Pay their employees once a month! 6. Challenging environment for anyone not of the same ethnic background as the majority of the company. 7. And most important...the attempt to alter a predefined compensation plan to the benefit of the company. Very shady and unprofessional.
