      1. Can get lot of technical Knowledge 2. very flexible work environment 3. Easy to take ownership 4. I was totally satisfied with the work. 5. Very friendly environment.

      Cons

      1. HR will give u shock at appraisal time by saying your notice period is now 3 months, till 5 years we give role as software engg only, etc. 2. Leads are like camel, they will take everything in their back and will tell you at ur appraisal time only. No one to one at-least in 1 month.
