      Good environment and good exposure to the latest Technologies.

      Cons

      Annual Hike in salary is very low, do not expect a good hike after joining, while joining what you want you can get.

      I joined Orion as one among first 40 employees in Kochi as a software developer . Now when i look back , i feel so proud about the career growth which Orion Provided . The company grew in front of my eyes from 40 to 400 in just three years . Can't believe !!! . I would proudly say Orion is one of the best technology company to work with . Orion provides the best amenities to work . You will have the freedom to play with the latest and greatest software utilities , which you barely get in many MNC's . Once again thanks Orion for the great opportunity and I strongly recommend Orion to my friends and family

      Choose Orion as your company only if you really want to do some thing different in your career . So far i know there is no place for slackers in this company .

      I have been working with the company from the last 3 years and it has been a wonderful experience. I have seen the company grow from just 30 employees to close to 400 employees now. Orion Systems Integrators was Named One of America's Fastest Growing Private Companies for Third Consecutive Year! Its really a proud factor to work in one of the fastest growing companies. i am thankful to the management and the company to give me an opportunity to work with this esteemed company. We work with the latest technologies and have a strong team of highly talented workforce. The company also focuses on employee growth and guides each and every employee to achieve his career goals.I strongly recommend Orion for its highly professional environment to work with and for greater career opportunities.
