      1> You get to work with fortune 500 clients. 2> They adopt the latest of technologies and try to implement them in the project. 3> You are never on bench, you always have something productive to do. 4> Excellent Job security.

      Cons

      1>Long working hours, be prepared to work on holidays/weekends. 2>Good policies and processes, but terrible implementation.

      Depending on the project, hours can be excessive superficial interviewing. Hire people without a good understanding of the skills that are critical to success, especially with support and non development positions
