In the last few years, I have seen Orion grow rapidly, with a very deliberate strategy to expand capabilities, scale internationally and leadership with domain expertise in our core verticals. We've acquired new companies that have brought in new clients and offices in new locations across Europe, and the demand has increased for new locations across India. It's an exciting place to work and deliver on exciting client projects. There's been an increased focus on the Learning & Development program here, and there's abundant opportunities for engineers to work on cutting edge new technologies.
Cons
We're still a very lean company and for the administrative roles, we often wear a few hats.
