      The leadership team believes in their employees and all teamwork. Especially when working in the Transformation engagements and client work.

      Cons

      Large Transformation projects and Technology Transformation. hence there is always enough to surprise and a demanding customer.

      Good in immigartion and base pay never stops even you are not on project

      Cons

      They have few direct clients and sales team is not knowledgble to the current market requirements to market your profile. Unless you have a good connections and marketing skills to get a good rate.
