      Amazing Work Culture: Supportive, collaborative, and genuinely good vibes all around. Great Colleagues: Friendly, helpful, and always ready to back you up (and share memes). Strong Project Experience: Got the chance to work on impactful, real-world projects with modern tech. Solid Work-from-Home Setup: Flexible and efficient — a real plus post-2020. Good Benefits: The perks are real — from health insurance to those sweet occasional allowances. Leave Policy: Fair and flexible. You can actually use your leaves without guilt! Well-Defined Processes: Things are structured, documented, and easy to follow — less chaos, more clarity.

      Cons
