      At Orion you have the opportunity to grow at your own pace. You can choose to be comfortable where you are or expand your knowledge base and develop on to the next level. There is a lot of support and you are in charge of your own destiny.

      Cons

      In the IT Industry everyone knows that work days are usually longer than eight hours. It all depends on the project and deliverables.

      Pros

      Nice co-workers. Room to grow. Nice to be able to do what I wanted to do. People culture is nice since it's not your typical American company.

      Cons

      They took out the drinking water machine out of the kitchen and replaced with a water filter on the sink that constantly needs to get replaced everyday and it doesn't. Also, no real sponges and dish soap at the sink.
