      Salary on time. Good colleagues.

      Cons

      What Cons? Orion is planning to shutdown it's Mumbai operations. The hiring has slowed down, no projects. People will be slowly churned out. An impression will be given to the employees that company will need developers, project managers, hr admins, recruiters but whole operations are going to be shifted to Kochi. So just don't join.

      If you don't have a job sit at home but do not work here. Unprofessional office environment. Only malyali or people from bombay are promoted. Outsiders are not given opportunity. All politics played. Recruiters kicked out anytime.
