      - Couldnot find any except for some helping seniors

      Cons

      - Cannot trust any. They will hire and just fire. No hiring based on actual projection. - Delivery team and hr is just puppets. If management wants to fire someone hr will do it, eventhough you work for 14-15 hours daily -work life balance is a myth here -No ethics -learning department is a joke with videos and badges. if any dobts or questions asked , 'self learning is the best learning is the answer

      Very low pay may have to face work pressure many times Depending upon the project. we may be suppose to come on rotational shifts No work-life balance

      Pros

      There is a lot of things to learn in Orion Innovation. As a Java developer we will get vast knowledge in the SDLC and the Java technology. Understanding and debugging the application will be challenging here. Application log analysis plays a vital role here. As a fresher you can learn and understand lot of new technologies deeply. Because all the popular frameworks like spring, struts, play and spring boot has been used in many of the projects and it will be very useful for your career

      Cons

      Work life balance is worst here. They will expect more outcome from you. As a developer you can perform lot here but the hike and promotions will not be upto your performance.
