They follow a hire and fire strategy for those who don't know what this is let me explain.
Service based companies generally have to overpromise on the commitments and deadlines to get projects, this company in particular has done that to the extreme and who suffers the blunt of these overpromises? Us the employees.
Orion hires candidates with promising packages and exploits them with weekend works and overtimes (No! your not getting paid for any of these). The moment your tired or complain against your situations your fired and things repeat...Hire, Exploit ,Fire (I think this could their tagline).
Whole of the company might not be the same and it heavily depends on which verticals you are like sports, professional services etc. But they still have that tendencies.
