1. Orion Innovation is a Great Organization for the people who want to learn, work, grow in IT, Media, Telecom, Financial and Professional Services industry. 2. This Organization motivates employees to improve their skillsets through online and classroom sessions, spending lot of time and money for the individual's skill and career development which is very rare across the industry. 3. I could see the People empowerment is one the key mission of this Organization and and great to see that its kept in place across which enables the power and rights of each and every employee. 4. Work-life balance is excellent as all the employees are motivated with goal oriented by Senior Management and HR. 5. Almost 80% of the employees are youngsters in this Organization so the enthusiasm, adoptability and agility rate is very high which is one of the positive side of this Organization. 6. Finally, As we know there is a massive job cut across the globe and thousands of employees are terminated by the big IT & Tech Giants but this Organization is managing the situation well and not forced any employee to let-go so far which demonstrates the stability and integrity of the Organization.
