      Pros

      Salaries are paid in time. Very few lay offs during downturn of the economy.

      Cons

      There are few projects, if you are in one of those, forget personal life. Working late hours(many times it is overnight )/weekends, under intense pressure and that too regularly is the life here.

      Salary on time. Friday breakfast.

      Cons

      Company of one of top guys and his family members across departments. They only get recognized in terms of promotion, salary, growth and additional benefits. If you are not family member then you are nothing. Work day and night. They want you to work for 24 hours. Forget your family life. Most of people are stuck due to Visa and GC. Never consider joining here. Management is not interested to make it a good place to work. No career growth. If you take leave then expect to work from home. Beware. Any positive review are fake.
