HR & Leave policies are very good. Mandatory Block Vacation leave is one of the best in the industries. Full Work From home will be given if you've genuine reasons for it. Cutting edge technology exposure & huge learning opportunities

Cons

Strict deadlines can be dislike, if you don't have the right attitude towards work. Only limited client base - the opportunity to move internally to other projects are limited compared to other big organizations. Toxic work environment makes you wanna move out when staying for more than 2 years
