Flexible work schedule, decent pay, employer provided vehicle and gas card, and minimal micro-managing

Cons

Communication both at the branch and regional level is not great. It is nearly impossible sometimes to reach managers when having issues in field. The computer system that manages routing also regularly has issues importing jobs so customers get frustrated with scheduling often.
