      A lot of overtime and changing in the way you work virtually every week or two. Nice to be working though

      Orkin is happy to have you on our team! We understand your concern about having a varied workload and being in the pest management business, we are very seasonally and weather dependent. For this reason, we do coach employees on what to expect as much as possible when we onboard them and will consider in some areas reviewing pay structures that could possibly assist in evening this out bit more for our employees. The good news is that customer service starts with you - so thank you for what you are doing for the company and our customers!
