      Pros

      Pay was fair for the job. Region management cared to develop people via the leadership development program. This helped to care for the people you lead before the numbers! SOCAL 759 is the place to be!! Team atmosphere and culture I experienced was top notch. Only reason I left and it was a tough decision was a surprise offer came my way in a new industry for a lot more money. Even though the money was greater I still had to think it over because the environment was so good.

      Cons

      For the technicians summer can be a make or break in the industry. You may see long hours in season but a solid staffing posture helps that and the help of your team. As far as the service manager job I have no cons. Loved my time and the people i met.

      Pros

      Great training program! Very supportive leaders and team members. Great communication and were empathetic when I fell ill. Healthy workplace to be.

      Cons

      Your first season in seasonal and then you get laid off until next season. If you did well, you can be invited to be permanent next season. The calls slowing down at the end of the season can affect your sales.
