      RI Franchise owner gives no raises/reviews

      Pros

      This pest control company is owned by franchise owners not run through a corporate branch. The hours are flexible and there is little supervision.

      Cons

      No pay raises. Little amount of paid days off even after years or working there. A lot of stress because the owners don't get involved enough.

      We regret that this is your experience working at one of our Franchise locations. As you indicated, the owners are responsible for pay and employment matters. However, we will take this under advisement as we do have standards of business conduct that we expect for locations to carry the Orkin name.
