Opportunity to serve and elevate others.

Cons

Current system is designed to make that pro nearly impossible. You cannot put profit ahead of your people and expect to succeed. Many training programs are bandaids to staunch bleeding on ambiguous practices. Branch level managers are routinely handed the keys to the castle prior to completion of training and are left holding a large ring of keys trying to find the locks they fit. The award winning training looks great on paper. Unfortunately, there is no librarian or dewy decimal system to navigate properly.
