It's a pay check with decent benefits and 401k.

Cons

When I started working there a few yrs ago you worked during the week and rotated Saturday's. By the time I left they expected you to work every other Saturday with some technicians working multiple Saturday's in a row. Orkin used to be a great company to work for. Not so much now.

The learning center is fine to work the people were engaging and very nice to be around.

Cons

The learning center is fine to work but the rest of the company is kinda racist in their policies and the way the operate, no upward mobility if you are a person of color especially.

the managers really care about your success and I'v made some long term friends here

Cons

they are not transparent and do not pay for bedbug inspection I haven't been correctly paid out for this in months. there is no easy area or explanation of the commission and you can't easily view
