      Work is fairly easy Freedom to change your route up Can take work truck home Team is willing to help

      Pay is low Management is spinless Can't get a straight answers from management. Must work AT LEAST 2 Saturdays a month

      Pros

      Take the truck home daily. Independence as long as they aren't micro managing you. Meet a lot of cool people.

      Cons

      Pay scale is not keeping up with the times, techs all need raises but you never give them. Need better advancement opportunities and stop misleading people.
