Pros

Company vehicle. Decent benefits. Paid time off(there's a catch explained in cons).

Cons

Atrocious scheduling. Bad work life balance. too much working for free. Factoring in hours and free work we are underpaid. Turnover is toxic. Local management is ultra lazy and super micromanagers. Local management is extremely deceitful. They like lying to you here, feed you a lot of bs, peeing on your leg and telling you it's raining.
