Pros

From tech standpoint, you have everything you need for the job. Work is rewarded, watched an office lady become manager.

Cons

Chemicals, paperwork which may have been fixed now. Weather reliant.

Pros

"flexible hours" Provide work truck and MOST supplies.

Cons

Those flexible hours are 12 hours everyday Monday-Saturday otherwise they treat you terribly.
