Pros
fun group of guys and gals to work with. great way to learn skills (sales, customer service) it CAN be fun
Cons
unrealistic expectations - 17 stops a day on my route not counting the 2-3 starts the call center was gonna sell and send you to (which most of the time was an hour away) and they expect you to be at EACH stop 30 mins at the bare minimum and an hour for starts - very poor pay long hours new service starts pop up day of. working on Saturdays no bonus pay for holidays. zero opportunity to advance up the ladder unless you're one of the sales guys, it seems the only people who get moved up to service or even branch manager are termite sales guys. cant idle trucks, so if its 100 degrees outside you get to just overheat and they could care less as long as you get your stops done that day.
