Company car, gas card, decent insurance, 401k.

Cons

Too much admin work for outside sales, Payroll department has issues. Company was looking for ways to not pay employees, rather than pay them for work/business sold.

good money and that's about it. Insurance is not that good.401k.

Cons

Very unorganized in rural areas. They do not keep you in one place and if you live in rural areas you will have to drive an hour and back for one service. This job is Very stressful. I can not even explain how stressful this job can be. Phone rings a lot from customers while you are trying to do your job. Managers do not care and they offer no incentives to boost morale. You have to pay to use the company truck and bring it home.

Company truck to take home, technical training.

Cons

Good boy club. HR and under take care of their own if you have serious issues. You will be dead to them after saying no to anything. Leadership program is a joke. They want free work without incentive. Orkin has lost touch.
