Cons

A lot of paperwork, long hours, generate own leads as minimal from incoming. Compete against techs. Minimal opportunities for advancement.

Co-workers are nice and friendly. Free lunches when in office. Work at home come in office one day a week. Low pay

Poor communication lot of politics and favoritism.
