      401k is good as long as you have money to put into it most people at this company live paycheck-to-paycheck there is no Union here

      Cons

      There is no Union they can change the way they pay you anytime they want and they will. Long hours underpaid you get paid a commission on every service if they under price a service you get on your paid on it. They are famous for underpricing especially on Commercial accounts stay out of the commercial division

      Company car, company gas, uniforms and phone provided. Pretty relaxed work environment. Low stress if you are decent at selling.

      Cons

      Embarrassing uniform. No facial hair allowed. Sink or swim environment without any true training.
