Ability to earn a great living. Overtime in peak season.

Cons

Management is not supportive in regard to progressing within the company. Call center is treated like robots or a machine.

It's a home inspection so you can't be afraid to get your hands dirty Attics / Basements

Easy commute. I like my coworkers.

Cons

Micromanagement from regional level, they don't care about a work/life balance AT ALL. Daily reports of how you aren't measuring up statistically- without taking anything else into account. Terrible raises for employees even though they increase the cost of services to customers every 10-12 months.
