Pros

You'll get plenty of hours. You'll be told how to do your job by people who do not understand the law. The label is the law. Promotions are based on social skills. Not actual skills. If any of these work for you. Go for it. The singular pro I had with this experience was inclusion. There were some diverse staff in my time with Orkin. They also were diverse in wanting to go home sooner or later.

Cons

You won't get paid for the hours that you work. But instead based on jobs. Some jobs will make you almost nothing. And at times you will go up to 80 miles from job to job to job 2 or 3 times a day. If you do well. You will get to do the work of others who either are too lazy to do the job or unskilled with the work itself. The Call center and salesmen will expect you to drive an hour away for a new service on the day of. Being out from 6 in the morning tol 8 at night isn't a surprise.
