Pros

Managers have always helped me since the beginning and prepare me to build myself up as a technician. There's a sense of adventure and joy of helping others in the job. Lots of opportunities to make additional income.

Cons

Can be a hassle juggling priorities and demands high organizations skills which I'm working on. But can risk not being happy in the job without organizing. Takes a lot of initiative to further your career, but that's for most jobs I suppose.

Good pay in the spring and summer.

Cons

Winter makes it not worth it. Was not compensated fairly for gas. The owner is arrogant and rude to his employees.
