      You get a company car You’re mostly on your own

      You make 30k base + commissions You get 1 lead every 2 weeks Its about 3% account management and 97% door to door sales You have to pay for the car You’ll have a target on your back from someone(s) who’s never done sales in their life You’ll only have the chance to move into management after you are making way more money than management does

      You're independent to some degree and you get some flexibility with how you get your work done

      Management is constantly looking to cut costs and force you on a tighter schedule leading to not enough time to do jobs correctly, leading to unhappy customers. Sales often snipes most of the commission.
