High stress - you have to have the right mindset and discipline Logistics - often times a complete breakdown and understanding which is constantly frustrating

Maybe if you work for a corporate its different, but if you work for a franchise owner thr maain offices dont communicate well at all. Oh and make sure the franchise owner isnt completely crazy like ours was.
