      Great company to work for if you work hard and creates a balanced life for vacation etc . 401k is great and off time

      Cons

      Sometimes you can get the worst managers that create extra things for you to do. They think they can fundamentally change things etc. But in the end it doesn't make any difference to the monthly outcome. Employees call out all the time and are not reliable compared to veterans. So you get stuck picking up there slack. Working Saturdays after working 5 days and you have nothing scheduled Saturday, but they still want you to come in and do brainless work not required. High employee overturn or hiring people that need to be micromanaged nonstop.

      Always adding new programs that adds to stress of call center adding stops without looking at your schedule
