I loved having the freedom to go out each day and decide where I was going to go and what I was going in regards to my sales plan.Tthe compensation was so so. No micro-management

This company has a Good Ole Boy mentality. If you stand around and joke with the boss and become friends with the other managers then you will have a job for life - even if your are horrible at it. The flip side, if you bust your butt and work hard, give excellent customer service and you are not liked then you will suffer a long and painful career. Good luck getting raises from this billion dollar company. Most managers are too fat to lead by example and show you how to perform your duties but they don't miss a lunch.
