Pros

We are in the business of helping people! I enjoy and take a lot of pride in the fact that we protect people and their homes. I have worked for two different region mangers in my year at Orkin, both of which are great leaders that care for our customers and our employees, and are very passionate about making sure we deliver raving fan service.

Cons

We work hard! Which to me is a good thing. Depending on the job you will be required to go under homes which is not for everyone.

Very flexible with time. The pay is good with opportunity’s to make more

Sometimes the expectations are not fair for the technicians. To have to get sales do services and collections. Well every other position just has to focus on that position.
