-Flexibility -Company truck and gas card

Cons

-Same day start up of services get ridiculous during peak season -Paid by services completed. Sometimes seems you work way harder than what your paycheck reflects (not paid for driving, you can spend 2 hours somewhere and get the same pay as someone who does something in 30 min)

Decent benefits package 401k match higher than most Local management is easy to work for Company Vehicle w/ gas card Uniforms provided Plenty of work w/ paid training and licensing

Cons

Benefits are expensive Depending on the person training may not be up to par Work/life balance is not good during peak season and if/when co-workers quit. If this happens in your area get ready to work...a lot..=)
