Thank you for providing us with some feedback. We have made some changes over the last year with tools and technology used by our Customer Service Specialists (Admin) and do realized that the workload has shifted. There are teams looking into the process flow and how to implement locally. We hope you had a chance to share this with the Branch Manager. Best of luck to you!

Pros

Everyone was very kind from division president to local branch managers

Cons

Not organized. Don't care about individual employees. Treated branch managers poorly. Didn't get things done they said they would.

Nice Company

Pros

Some scheduling flexible around serving homeowners and home life. Some flexibility in how going to find new business and winning new customers. Can expect a certain amount of income guaranteed due to base pay.

Cons

As typical with most companies with sales teams there is no value in being on a “Sales Team.” There is no shared monetary reward for the local sales team out of one office selling more than any other team in the state. The managers encourage competition against other team mates as a motivator which is really out dated lazy style of sales management. The typical reward is a fifty dollar gift card which is taxed at a high percentage. The card ends up netting $30 dollars. This only grows resentment and anger when sales people who are not having a good month sees the fellow “Team Mates” reaping all the rewards.

We appreciate the 5 years of service to our company!!! Keep up the hard work! Since you are a tenured employee, you probably have some great ideas and insight that could help us improve. We encourage you to reach out to your Division HR Director Kevin Whitehead or your Regional / Division Sales Manager to share your perspective.
