      Pros

      Great pay, great managers, great work-life balance, and great customers. This is one of the few places where the managers make the other employees feel valued and as though they matter. That is super rare, especially now days.

      The insurance premiums are and have super high deductibles.

      Pros

      They actually offer great benefits, and offer comprehensive time off. There are alot of good ideas they have about how to run the business.

      Cons

      They punish you for taking time off, they are super disorganised, and will have meetings over anything including toilet paper. They let anyone who complains run the place they reward poor performing employees, they gaslight you, they don't train you well if at all. You are pulled in every direction, and are punished for speaking up about it. They pit employees against each other and they wait for the fallout to take any action.
