No raises in ten years. Overworked and vacation is not worth taking because no one to help with monthly load.

Management at our specific locstion is a joke. My pay is dictated by someone elses abilty to get the work that i sold completed. I could sell $60,000 work of work and if only $20,000 of it gets completed i only get paid on the $20,000.
