      If you apply do it before spring so you don't get screwed over come winter

      Pros

      You get a little freedom with the job not having co-workers or managers hovering over you while you're working.

      Cons

      They pay is terrible in the winter from about November-April. There is no room for advancements. They go through employees very quickly due to the way management handles problems and don't put the employees needs first.
