Pros

Make your own schedule. Potential to make a large amount of money. Good benefits. Company Car. Company as a whole cares and loves their employees.

Cons

Pay capped by capabilities of management and service team. Management means everything in the locations, bad management means bad experience. Really hard to move up as locations are so spread apart.

Benefits Always different problem solving Pride in helping others Vehicle usage Compensation All these things are great. The best part of being a part of this long standing brand is how I feel knowing I am helping somebody. We not only take care of insects, we make home environments healthier and more comfortable. That makes me proud to be a part of this team! And the retirement is fantastic with the 401k!!

Cons

It really depends on how vested you are. They invest a lot into each new hire
