      Great pay and outstanding training.

      Cons

      This is a, "What have you done for me lately," company. So long as you are generating revenue, you are pretty much left alone. It helps to find your way into the clique of, "Good Ole Boys," since playing favorites is a very real thing. Micro-management is putting it lightly. There is a metric for everything and someone is always watching.
