      Pros

      If you got your route done early the last week of the month was pretty easy and was able to come home early. Pay is alright but they take a lot out of your paycheck for seemingly random stuff. Working pretty much on your own all day too which is great.

      Cons

      commision and winters are slow. Take money out of paycheck. Management isn't great and has a high turnover rate.

      Pros

      Helpful, and respectful bunch of co-workers in the branch with great operational manager. Fun atmosphere and varied places to inspect.

      Cons

      Open ended contract allows main office management to make pay and contract changes without our consent, allowing us to make less than what was originally offered. Scheduling services and billing issues from main office.
