At Orkin, our team members are our number one asset. Orkin employees are helping to make a difference for our customer's businesses every day. In the commercial environment especially, that might require some long hours, especially if the location has gained new accounts as these may be more demanding on time. For pay, we provide each employee and manager specific guidelines on how commission is earned and the pay periods. We want you to feel fairly treated and compensated for the work you do. If you ever have questions regarding this or time off, we encourage you to talk to your manager or contact your Division HR Director if needed to resolve.
