      Fellow employees are great because they are in the same mess you are but management is a joke compared to even a couple years ago

      Cons

      Extreme micromanagement of every aspect of the job. Have to call in 3 times a day even though services are electronic and trucks are gps tracked. You're just a number and a dollar amount to management and nothing matters except profit. If you want to move up in the company you have a great chance as an outsider but once you're in the company you're jammed into your role and never will move up
